Orders & Availability
Product availability, colors, accessories, lead times, and freight costs may change based on current inventory, production scheduling, factory origin, and carrier conditions. Quotes are valid only for the period stated in writing.
Cancellations
Orders cancelled after confirmation may be subject to administrative, freight, storage, or factory-related charges. Custom-color, special-order, production-slot, or already-shipped items may be non-cancellable or subject to additional supplier charges.
Returns
Returns require written authorization before any product is shipped back. Approved returns may be subject to restocking, freight, inspection, repackaging, and damage charges. Custom-color, special-order, used, installed, or damaged items may not be eligible for return.
Freight & Delivery
Freight is quoted or charged based on quantity, destination, carrier, delivery method, liftgate needs, building access, and supplier origin. Customer or property management must inspect shipments at delivery and document visible damage with the carrier before accepting or signing delivery paperwork.
Damage Claims
