Trovia carts are supplied with a 3-year manufacturer warranty unless a written quote, order confirmation, or model-specific manufacturer document states otherwise. Warranty handling follows the manufacturer coverage applicable to the quoted cart.

Model-Specific Warranty

Trovia products are supplied with the manufacturer's 3-year warranty. Covered components, exclusions, remedies, claim review, and replacement approval follow the manufacturer warranty terms provided with the approved quote, order confirmation, or applicable product documentation.

Our Role

LuxuryCondoCarts.com assists customers with product selection, quote coordination, order documentation, delivery communication, and warranty claim routing. Warranty responsibility remains with the manufacturer, and we do not expand, modify, or independently replace the manufacturer warranty unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

What Customers Should Keep

  • Original invoice or order confirmation.
  • Product model, quantity, delivery date, and photos of the issue.
  • Photos of shipping damage, if applicable, taken before products are used or moved extensively.
  • Any carrier delivery notes or damage exceptions.

Limits & Exclusions

Warranty coverage generally does not apply to misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear, improper storage, accidental damage, shipping damage not documented at delivery, or conditions excluded by the applicable supplier warranty.
